Snail Spice Rub

Ingredients:

· Ground black pepper

· Paprika

· Garlic salt

· Season meat tender

· Italian spice (ground to a powder)

Directions:

Mix equal amounts of the above items.  Set for 3 days to meld flavors.

* Cheap “Dollar Store” or other discount purchased spices work great for this.  No need for expensive spices.
