Grz Poultry Brine

 

Ingredients:

 

 

Directions:

 

Put all in the pot, no special order, and heat just enough to dissolve sugar and salt.  I then just leave it on the burner and turn it off letting the residual heat meld the ingredients.  Let cool until the following day and then bottle.

 

 

I have been playing with adding MSG (Accent) and have not settled on a specific amount yet.
